Working with Chef David Wykes to produce an original food book for the innovative and award-winning Verveine Restaurant in Hampshire. Divided simply into ‘Savoury’ and ‘Sweet’ both sections feature recipes, pairings and building blocks with two further subsections dedicated to bread and petit fours, all combined with stunning photography by David Nash.
